My name is Ivaylo Yanakiev and I started my culinary career at the age of 18.
I realized that cooking was my passion and this easily worked my way up from prep cook to head Chef with now over 15 years of professional experience in restaurants and hotels.
In 2018, I launched the Piperlivo Cooking video blog and in 2021, I wrote and published my first Cookbook called “1-2-3 Pan Cook”.
With all my heart and with immeasurable desire, I took over the kitchen of Restaurant “Ednorog” at Armaco Residence, where I cook with a style and taste inspired by my experience and the traditions of the city of Koprivshtitsa.

The food was delicious — salad, main course + dessert. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the place itself was clean, well kept, with pleasant background music. A bit pricier than I expected for Koprivshtitsa, but worth it.
